Refund & Return Policy


Please note: If you have made a purchase at www.quirksmith.com we assume that you have gone through and are aware of the refund/exchange policy stated below

Refund & Returns (Orders within India)

  • We do not allow refunds/exchanges for jewelry, unless you receive a damaged product due to transit, or a wrong product sent by our team
  • In the rare case that you do receive a damaged/wrong product, kindly email a photo of your product within 7 days of receiving the order. Email should be sent to info@quirksmith.com, with the title as "Return/Refund request". Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated to us after 7 days. And we will not be able to make any exceptions whatsoever.
    • A pick up will be organized by Quirksmith in the above case from the same address the product was delivered to.
    • Please hand over the product in the same box and envelop you receive it in. Incase the product is not sent in a Quirksmith box or any other sturdy box, we not be able to accept the return
    • Refund will be initiated once we receive the product. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-12 working days.
  • Below cases do not qualify for a refund or exchange:
    • Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
    • If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidisation is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions. Here is a video explaining how to clean your silver articles at home
  • Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of order placed.
  • Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.
  • Incase of any issues outside of the above, kindly write to us at info@quirksmith.com within 7 days and we will consider your request for an exchange depending on the issue
    • In such a case, the customer will be expected to ship the unused product to our Bangalore office. Incase you would like Quirksmith to arrange for a pickup from your doorstep, there will be a charge Rs 150 for the same. These charges can be paid through an online payment link we will share with you.
    • We will exchange the product for another design of your choice, or send you a credit note which can be used at any time on our website
    • Delivery charges for the exchanged product will apply as per our standard delivery policy (i.e. free delivery over product value of Rs 1500, and Rs 100 delivery charge for product value below 1500)

    Refund & Returns (Orders outside of India)

    • Incase you receive a damaged product at the time of delivery – please write to us within 7 days of receiving the product (along with a photograph of the damaged product). 
    • No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for size or fit issues for international orders. If you have any concerns about the size or fit of a product, write to us before placing your order (info@quirksmith.com), and we will help you out
    • No refunds will be allowed incase of refusal to pay import duties/taxes at the time of delivery (as applicable by your country’s laws)
    • No exchanges or refunds allowed in case of minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
