Shopping with quirksmith was an amazing experience
I got my 1st quirksmith product as a gift for my birthday... me being a total silver jwellery fan was so exited but more than that i felt every piece of jwellery felt so personal...a vanki ring a cat watch charm.for a cat mom and ring with words by my fav shayar.. raat chaand aur main.. every piece was totally me... all this became my daily wears all the other jwellery took a back seat...the product was shipped on time with such a lovely quirkey pakaging simply lovd it.. and the smell inside those boxes were divine.... aftr few months i dont know how my raat chand ring cracked... i was really sad as it was my fav ... i dint know what to do... i got in touch with the quirksmith team and they were more than happy to help me.. with a very nominal fee of 250 rs.. the product was picked up frm my residence and within 2 weeks time it was deliverd back aftr repair... and the way it came bak to.me i felt they sent me a totally new piece... it was as shiny and new as if it was never used.. the repair work was fabulous.. i am.so happy with my whole experience with quirksmith.. when some one values a coustomer their sentiments r treated as.priority u feel really nice... i am so happy this is a Indian brand and a woman owned brand ... applause to the whole team...luking forward to many more amazing and quirkey designs frm ur team that can be a part of my collection...
