I had ordered a bunch of stuff from their page as a self gift for myself in the month of May. The shopping experience was great, as expected. But shopping experience tends to be great at many places these days, what's painful is the return or replacement procedure.
So, one of the things I bought was Pearl hug earrings. I loved them so so much that I wore them every single day since end of May. But unfortunately one of the pearl fell down from the earrings somewhere around mid August and I was heartbroken.
I dreaded pinging Quirksmith as most of the replacement procedures are painful. But to my surprise, I pinged their team on 19 Aug and by 27th Aug I received my replacement. Replacement by a brand new earring, no unnecessary questions asked, no unnecessary harassment on what or how or when it happened.
I'm so much in awe with the way they handled the replacement. N so much in love with the earrings that I was roaming without earrings till I received the replacement.
