Shipping and Delivery Information
At Quirksmith, we want to prioritise swift and secure delivery of our precious silver jewellery. In order to ensure safe transit, we have a nominal shipping fee in place, which is highlighted below. This fee helps us implement proper packaging and reliable shipping methods to protect your purchases.
📌 Order Modifications: Order contents cannot be modified once the order is confirmed. In case you'd like to add/remove products from your order, we request you to reach out to our Support team for review. Please note that this is only possible before an order is shipped.
📌 Address Changes: Address changes can be accommodated if they are communicated within 12 hours of placing the order. However, any modifications requested after this timeframe will incur a fee of INR 100.
📌 Packaging Requests: If you'd like the order to be shipped in separate boxes, please do specify in the Order Notes section BEFORE placing the order. Any requests for separate boxes after the order is shipped can be accommodated, but will be charged a shipping fee. Short gift notes, up to 20-30 words are individually handwritten by our lovely team :) However, for longer texts, we will be printing them out on white paper with a standard font.
Please note that orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that orders will not be shipped on public holidays or in the event of circumstances out of our control.

Order value below INR 1500: INR 100
🏷️ Cash on Delivery Orders
Order value above INR 1500: INR 50
Order value below INR 1500: INR 150
When will my order reach me?
We usually process all our orders within 48 hours and after that, it takes 2-3 days for the shipment to reach your doorstep (for metropolitan areas). For all other areas, it takes between 5-7 days.Our orders are shipped through Bluedart and Delhivery. If your shipping address is not serviceable by either of these, we will ship your order through alternate postal services.If you'd like an accurate delivery timeline, please share your pincode with us and we will be happy to help.
Can I place a pre-order for a product?
Customers can also place a pre-order on a few selected products. The products will display 'Pre-order' label on the collection page and 'Pre-order' Button on the product page.Pre-ordered products will be handcrafted on request and will be ready for dispatch within 10 -15 days. In the event that your order contains in-stock stock/ready to ship items, they will be dispatched separately.
What is the return policy?
We offer easy returns and replacements for our products within 7 days of delivery.

We have the option to provide expedited deliveries to select pincodes in Bengaluru, where the package can be sent over by local courier facilities (i.e. Dunzo, Porter, Swiggy Genie) and can reach you the same day or the following day.
Please note that this depends on the availability of the items and the time of placing the order, as our team will need sometime to prepare the shipment for dispatch. Please confirm with our Support team over call or chat BEFORE placing the order for expedited shipping. They will be happy to guide you through the next steps.

What is the shipping fee?
Shipping charges for international orders are INR 2,500, irrespective of order value.
The only exception to this are pincodes in Australia, which incur a shipping fee of INR 3,200. Only prepaid orders are accepted for international deliveries.
In addition to the shipping fee, there may be local import duties/taxes calculated by the Customs Office at the time of delivery. Please be aware that these duties are not in our control and are required to be borne by the recipient.
When will my order reach me?
We process all international orders within 7-10 business days. Once the shipment clear customs, tracking information will be sent via email ID or your preferred mode of communication. Please note that the standard timeline for international orders is 20 business days.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept Return and/or Exchanges for international orders.
In the unfortunate incident that you receive a damaged product or a wrong product, please write to us at info@quirksmith.com along with the picture of the product, within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to issue you a refund or a Store Credit for the entire product value.
The shipment is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
The shipment is undeliverable due to incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer at the time of placing an order.
The recipient does not pay the required import duties, whenever applicable, resulting in the order being sent back to origin.
