Warranty & Lifetime Repair

At Quirksmith, one of our core philosophies is "buy less, wear more". If you are using a Quirksmith product which has broken, come loose, or needs a little bit of care, you can contact our Support team to get it fixed ⭐. We also cover a 3 month warranty and a lifetime of repair services. Read below to know more about these.

3 month warranty: Any damage in the design is replaced/ repaired at no additional cost for the first 3 months.

- If you placed an order through our website www.quirksmith.com, you are automatically enrolled for a 3 month warranty.
- If you placed an order through any other portals (marketplaces or in a partner store), you will be required to register here. Keep this handy to register: Proof of purchase with clear product name and date of purchase. Your product will not qualify for the 3 month warranty or lifetime repair services incase of no registration in our warranty & repairs program.

Lifetime repair services: For orders older than 3 months, we cover a nominal fee of INR 250 for handling of the product. This involves pickup of the product from your doorstep, doing the repairs, and shipping the product back to you. The timeline for these repair orders is 2 weeks, allowing our repair team sufficient time to address the issue and ensure the product is returned in excellent condition.

Note: If there is extra silver or heavy repair work involved, additional charges will be communicated to you. All repair charges need to paid in advance before product pickup from your doorstep

These do not qualify for 3 month warranty:
Items purchased in clearance sale.
Gold plating is not covered in 3 month warranty and will be chargeable

In order to register for a repair, please write to us at Info@quirksmith.com . Share your order ID (if placed on www.quirksmith.com), contact details (email ID & phone number) and clear photos of the damaged design. Our Support team will review your request within 2 business days, and you will receive further communication regarding the pickup of your product and the associated repair charges, based on the eligibility of repairs.

📦 Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address. Please keep the products in their original packaging and ready to hand them over to the delivery executive.
