Repair Policy


At Quirksmith, we believe in reusing and treating one's products with utmost care in order to ensure that they can stay with us for as long as possible. In view of this, we have a repair policy in place which is valid for all our products purchased upto 12 months in advance. If you are using a Quirksmith product which has been broken, come loose, or needs a little bit of care, you can definitely contact our Support team to get it fixed ⭐

Please follow these steps to register a repair request:

1. Keep your Order ID and contact details (email ID or phone number) handy.
2. Contact our Support team with the Order ID and clear photos of the damaged product.
3. Based on the purchase date of the product, there are three cases:

Products purchased upto 30 days: In this case, the product is covered under our warranty for 1 month and will be replaced at no additional cost.

Products purchased >30 days and upto 12 months: We cover a base fee of INR 250 for handling of the product. This involves pickup of the product from your doorstep, doing the repairs, and shipping the product back to you. The timeline for these repair orders is 2 weeks, allowing our repair team sufficient time to address the issue and ensure the product is returned in excellent condition.

Note: If there is extra silver to be added into the repair process, the exact charges will be communicated to you. Only after we confirm the receipt of payment in full, we will commence the repairs.

Products purchased > 12 months: We generally do not allow repairs for products purchased beyond the 12-month timeline. If you believe that you have a product defect, our team will be happy to handle it on a case-to-case basis.

✉️ Our Support team will review your request within 2-3 business days, and you will receive further communication regarding the pickup of your product and the associated repair charges, based on the eligibility of repairs.

📦 Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address. Please keep the products in their original packaging and ready to hand them over to the delivery executive.

Marketplace Purchases:
Any purchases made from other online portals (Amala Earth, Jaypore, Mabel, Amazon) will be governed by their repair policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals. However, we will be happy to accommodate provided that the order date and nature of the repair is valid under our policy.

Clearance Sale Products:
Items purchased during our clearance sales are not eligible for repairs.
