Warranty & Repair
• We repair/ replace the product at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.
• For purchases within 31 days -12 months time frame, we charge a nominal repair/exchange fee depending on the extent of damage along with ₹250 base handling charge.
• We do not accept repairs/exchanges for products that were purchased more than 12 months ago
** Plain chain products do not qualify for repair or replacement beyond the return window of 7 days from the date of delivery.

The balis are pretty cute. But I have 2 suggestions-
1. The finishing (especially on the inside) can be improved.
2. Would love it if you provide jewelry boxes (like the one in the image) with the items as storing them will be easier. I had to dig up my old jewellery boxes to store this one.

Good design, sturdy.
Love the design, looks nice on me, right size and have been wearing them since they have arrived. But would have loved it more if the price was a bit more competitive. Most of the time I end up not buying Quirksmith designs even though I like them very much due to its higher price point.
Earring looks elegant but the locking system is not ok. I need to spend a considerable amount of time to lock and unlock the hoop properly. It doesn't latch correctly.
