Warranty & Repair
• We repair/ replace the product at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.
• For purchases within 31 days -12 months time frame, we charge a nominal repair/exchange fee depending on the extent of damage along with ₹250 base handling charge.
• We do not accept repairs/exchanges for products that were purchased more than 12 months ago
** Plain chain products do not qualify for repair or replacement beyond the return window of 7 days from the date of delivery.

Some might feel that this shop is slightly overpriced , but it is completely worth it. The products are even better than the pictures. The quality is unsurpassable. And designs truly different. Really happy .
The packing that comprises a tin box , a beautiful cloth pouch inside, lovely tags , add a classy and dignified touch to the whole experience. For a 1500 rupees purchase , they sent the same packing. I don't know how many would do this. The packing has a cost too. Amazing speedy delivery.
