Refund and Return Policy
For orders within India:
JEWELLERY AND CAR HANGINGS:
- We offer easy returns! Just email our team at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You can either opt for store credit or refund to the original mode of payment
- Store credit will be for the entire product value (i.e. reverse pickup is free in this case).
- In the case of refund to the original mode of payment, we will deduct Rs 100 against the pickup charge and the remaining amount will be refunded back.
- Please note that the return window closes after 7 days. Forward shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A product is also eligible for return within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- The product is damaged in transit.
- A wrong product has been sent by our team.
- There is a design defect on the product
- In cases where the product is damaged in transit, we offer free doorstep pickup and a replacement product of the same design.
- If a wrong product has been sent by our team, we will arrange for a free doorstep pickup and delivery of the correct design
- If your order has a design defect*, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery along with the order ID and a picture clearly highlighting the defect, and our team will be happy to help you out
- *Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:
- Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
- If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions. Here is a video explaining how to clean your silver articles at home
- Cancellations or change of address requests are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. In case of a cancellation (or address change) after dispatch, we will deduct Rs 100 as shipping charge, from the refund/exchange value
- Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.
- If a purchase was made using Quirk Coins or Store credit, then the refund for such orders will also be made in the same mode.
- No Return, No exchanges are allowed for the Wall decor category
- In case you receive a damaged product (due to transit), please write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery along with the order ID and a picture of the damaged product. We would be happy to replace the damaged piece with a fresh piece of the same design.
For orders outside India:
- In case you receive a damaged product at the time of delivery – please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product (along with a photograph of the damaged product). We will find a mutually convenient way to resolve such issues. We are an honest bunch - and we only intend to serve you in the best possible way : ).
- No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for size or fit issues. If you have any concerns about the size or fit of a product, do ask our team prior to placing your order, and we will help you out.
- No refunds will be allowed in case of refusal to pay import duties/taxes at the time of delivery (as applicable by your country’s laws)
- No exchanges or refunds allowed in case of minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
